Nanette S. Stringer is a Certified Specialist in Family Law and has practiced family law in the Bay Area for over thirty years. Having founded her practice in 1993, she is now exclusively devoted to helping clients with premarital and postmarital agreements. Her approach to premarital agreements is colored by her fundamental belief that a good premarital agreement can create the foundation for a strong marriage, as well as help to avoid the heartbreak and expense of a contested divorce.

Meredith R. Bushnell is co-chair of Venable LLP's West Coast Estate Planning Group. Meredith advises high-net-worth individuals on estate planning and wealth management issues. Her clients include entrepreneurs, business owners, and real estate investors facing complex issues. She designs and implements wealth preservation and management strategies that mitigate income, estate, and generation-skipping transfer taxes, and limit risk to family assets.
